DYE SUBLIMATION

Dye-sublimation printing is the most popular printing method in the market right now! It dyes the color of the tees instead of printing the design onto them, thus providing the most lasting and comfortable prints. Designs are printed onto a carrier using sublimation inks, which are then evaporated onto the T-Shirt using a heat press machine.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is the art which consists of decorating different materials such as fabric by using a needle and a thread.

Every time you see a shirt with an embroidered company logo, that design was "digitized". Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting existing artwork like a company logo or team emblem into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew on a garment. Before any design can be embroidered, it must be digitized.

Any design can be digitized, however, embroidery places some limits on the appearance of a design. Small letters, tiny details or color gradients can sometimes be difficult to reproduce in thread exactly. Sample video here.
